TECH TIP - The "R" drive is missing ~ HELP!

[Applies to PC Users only]


The "R" drive provides remote access to TheServer and can be used inside and outside of the office as long as you have internet access.


THE PROBLEM:

Sometimes the "R" drive can disappear (computers... am I right).


THE SOLUTION:

There are 2 quick remedies to solve this issue.

SOLUTION 1 - Restart the "R" software client.

    1. Click the Start menu.
    2. Type "HY" and HY Cloud Windows Client should appear as a result.

    3. Click the result and the software client should launch. This may trigger the opening of a browser window. ALLOW THE BROWSER WINDOW TO LOAD. Once authentication completes, the "R" drive should reappear.


SOLUTION 2 - Restart your computer.
