Swiftlane - Setup Instructions

Hoffman York Building Access

HY uses a system called Swiftlane.  Staff enter the building using their app called Swiftlane ID, on their smartphones.

To complete setup, use the following instructions.

1. Install the Swiftlane ID on to your smartphone. You can use links below.  

2. Once installed, open the app. You will be presented with the Sign In screen. Select Sign In.

3. Enter the Building/Workspace name – hoffmanyork   (no spaces or capital letters), and select Continue.

4. Enter your email address and select Send It.  A code will be emailed to you.

5. Enter the code emailed to you and select Done.

6. You will be prompted to set up your face recognition.  *This is optional.
   1. To set up face recognition, proceed by selecting Scan Now and follow the prompts.
   2. You can skip this step by selecting ‘Don’t remind me again’.

7. Once complete, you are presented with our office doors.  Open doors using their respective Unlock buttons.

Office Hours – Your ability to unlock doors is restricted to specific hours of the day. Contact your administrator for more details.
