What's the link for <insert site here>?
Many of the common websites that HY uses call be found using the HY logo utility (still working on a better name).
The HY logo utility is found on all HY provided PC and Mac computers.
It offers links to shared sites such as:
- Brand Templates
- Nexelus (Time entry, job setup, billing)
- Mimecast (deleted email, SPAM)
- Microsoft Office Online
- HY Cloud - (TheServer)
Paychex (W-2, pay stubs, benefit enrollment)
The HY logo utility also contains our current office WIFI info and other IT support options.
Where do I find the HY logo utility?
On Macs, it is found at the top of your screen in the system tray.
On PCs, it is found in the bottom right of your screen in the system tray. It does sometimes hide.
*If it's not found, a computer restart may be needed to put it back.
